This password is binding and is now valid for all IT services.

There, support personnel from ZECM will help you activate your new, app-based TOTP verification [2]. If needed, they can also assist you in resetting your password.
The IT Service Desk is currently available tuesdays and thursdays

Please bring a valid ID for processing purposes and install one of the recommended apps beforehand.
