To process your request, we first have to verify your identity using a WebEx meeting . We kindly ask you to provide a valid ID or password for the process, which involves verifying your ID using a webcam.
We also ask you to install one of the recommended TOTP apps  (Time-based One-Time Password) on your smartphone beforehand. During the WebEx meeting we will provide you with a QR code for TOTP authentication on-screen, which requires an smartphone app.
