Provisioning of extraordinary TU members

From now on the creation of external accounts is even easier than before. Heads of faculties, institutes, departments, central and research institutions, departments of the ZUV and FIOs can issue external accounts with the TU Portal menu "IT-Anträge">"Externen Account" (IT Applications>External Accounts). The applicant has to ensure that the role "Auftraggeber" (applicant) is assigned.

Log in to TU Portal and click "IT-Anträge">"Externe-Account“. Enter all required data about the person.

Check the data and confirm by clicking "Daten eingeben" (send data).

Provisioning of multiple extraordinary members

With the button "+++" you can issue the provisioning process for multiple persons for the same position in one step.

Please enter status group, occupation, organisation unit, secretariat and expiration date. This will apply to all persons in this provisioning process. Enter the individual data of the persons into the large text box in the CSV format (Personal form of address;title;first name;last name;name affix;date of birth;phone;fax;room;function) and indicate which seperation character you are using.

Title, name affix, phone, fax, room and function are optional. We recommend that you the CSV data with a text editor and copy/paste the data into the text box. This ensures that you don't lose any data due to a malfunction of the application.
