Notebook Rental

The ZECM IT-Service Desk provides the option to rent a maximum of 26 notebooks for a limited time period for trainings, presentations or as secondary device for all departments.
The notebooks receive a new image after every rental and the installed software is updated at a regular basis.
Change of administrative procedures
Please note the following changes of administrative procedures effective as of March 15th.
The rental document will not be handed to the collector but be kept by tubIT. The institution will receive the following documents for direction to III B on a monthly basis:
- a dated invoice with the invoice number,
- a generic directive for transfer, (make sure to fill in the invoice number)
- copies of all rental documents attached to the invoice.
Please direct the transfer only after you have received the invoice from tubIT.
Rental
Charges
The charges per
device amount to 40€ plus 10€ for each commenced week. Thus at
least 50€ are to be paid per device and rental.

Pickup Date
Please bring the
completed rental document [3] with you to tubIT-Laden (E-N
024). The notebooks are handed out and returned
there.
