Team Administration
The Teamverwaltung portal application offers facilities the ability to allocate resources(for example Teammailboxen to organizational sub-units or projects.
Both students and employees can be added to Teams, regardless of the cost center.
Required Roles
Team management can be used via two different roles. These roles have different access and editing rights.
Teamverwalter can create teams and add or remove teams. In addition, they can allocate or change resources to teams. Initially, this role is being given to heads of units, departments, central institutions, faculties, institutes and subject areas. Role managers, who do not have the Strukturverwaltung application on the TU-Homepage can assign this role to themselves after consulting the manager of their institution.
Teamleiter can add or remove additional members. They can also access a small role administration application for the members of the team.
Resources
Resources can be assigned to Teams in order to support the team in the daily work. For example, a team mailbox can be used to set up an e-mail address that can be accessed by all team members.
Exchange Team Mailbox is an additional standalone Exchange mailbox that can be accessed by multiple users.
